Today turned out to be an incredible adventure! One of my closest friends was hosting a lively party, but as luck would have it, he ran out of food just as the festivities were getting started. In a pinch, I decided to head over to Acme, hoping to grab 100 pieces of their famous fried chicken to save the day. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by how accommodating they were; the staff assured me that they could fulfill my request by 6 PM. Their deli team was not only efficient but also genuinely warm and welcoming, treating every customer with a friendly smile that instantly brightened the atmosphere. Thanks to their excellent service and generous spirit, I was able to bring back the food just in time to keep the party going. I wholeheartedly recommend Acme to anyone in need of quality food and outstanding service. The staff there truly stands out, and I can't thank them enough for their help!

Last Friday I coordinated an event and I needed 12 centerpieces. I reached out to Jenna in the floral department and she helped me to create the exact look, style, and price point that I was looking for. Jenna offered great ideas and suggestions, and I am delighted with the outcome!!!! Thank you Jenna!!

I am not the type to write reviews but I have to shout this specific employee out. A few weeks back, my boyfriend and I were shopping and I was looking for my favorite feta (the Mediterranean one to be exact). I stood there for a few looking for it but couldn’t find it. A woman next to me asked me if I needed any help, and I let her know that I was looking for the Mediterranean feta, and have been for weeks, but it seems like it has been out of stock. She let me know they stopped ordering the specific flavor as nobody really purchases it, and let me know she is the person who puts in the orders so she can purchase it and to check back in a few weeks. I was appreciate but also didn’t expect her to purchase it on behalf of little ol me so I went about my day. Today, I went by that area just to check and it was there! It is something so small like this that makes customers feel heard. Even though I fully didn’t expect this employee to do it (because I’m just one person) she was able to get the feta back in stock. It’s less about the feta and more about the true care she gives to her job. I wish I got her name but if you are reading, thank you for your kindness and you deserve a raise! :) xo

I ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday and Dominic knocked it out the park!!! He did such a fabulous job!!! Everyone at the party said the cake tasted amazing and were so shocked to hear it came from Acme!! Thank you Dominic for your hard work!

John C at the front desk went to the freezer to get me ice cream bars when the grey haired lady at the desk gave me a hard time and was very Rude !!! So Thank you John C for helping me and being so Nice.the ice cream bars were in the back freezer so john brang them out for me. And the lady at the dest refused to go check the freezer and told me the is no person to go check so when she left the dest i went to ask john to help me and he did with no problem

Dom in the bakery always pulls through for my family! At least 3 times a year we are going to him for our 3 daughter’s birthday cupcakes and he never disappoints! Our girls are all about the sparkles and shine and he truly shows this for them in the cupcakes! This is the second time we have ordered the unicorn colored design with unicorn rings! We ALWAYS get whip cream icing because who wouldn’t! This time, I was a total slacker and he managed to get all 48 cupcakes done with a same day order and we picked them up by 5pm! The bakery department went above and beyond on the birthday cake we ordered! It matched the inspiration picture EXACTLY and also tasted amazing!!!!! They did a wonderful job!!!
